Welcome to Alibaba99 (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on Alibaba99, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and continuously throughout the duration of your account:

• You must be a natural person aged21 years or older. Alibaba99 strictly enforces this minimum age requirement and will require documentary proof of age during KYC verification. Accounts found to belong to users under 21 will be immediately suspended and all funds held will be forfeited.

• You must provide accurate, truthful, and current information at the time of registration and update your details promptly should any information change.
• You must not be subject to any legal or regulatory restriction that would prohibit your use of the Platform or online gambling services generally.

Each User may hold onlyone (1) registered account on Alibaba99 at any time. The creation of multiple accounts by single individual — whether under the same name, different names, or through the use of third parties — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances.

During registration, you are required to provide your full legal name, a valid and current email address, a Malaysian phone number, and a date of birth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must notify Alibaba99 immediately via support if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

All accounts are subject to KYC verification prior to the processing of any withdrawal. Acceptable identification documents include a valid Malaysian MyKad, a current Malaysian or international passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Alibaba99 may request additional documentation, including proof of payment method, utility bills as proof of address, or enhanced due diligence materials, at its discretion.

You are solely responsible for all activities conducted under your account. Alibaba99 will not be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate credential security. By accessing and using Alibaba99, you agree to use the Platform solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes. You acknowledge and agree to the following conditions of use:

• You acknowledge that Alibaba99 reserves the right to limit, restrict, or suspend access to any game, betting market, or account feature at its sole discretion.

Alibaba99 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) via a range of approved payment methods including Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency.

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method, generally ranging from RM30 for e-wallets and DuitNow to RM50 for direct bank transfers. Maximum single-transaction deposit limits are determined by the payment provider and Alibaba99's internal risk controls, and may be adjusted without prior notice for individual accounts based on account activity and verification status.

All payment methods used for deposits must be registered in the name of the account holder. Alibaba99 does not accept third-party deposits. If a deposit is received from a payment method that does not match the account holder's verified identity, Alibaba99 reserves the right to hold, reverse, or forfeit the deposited funds pending investigation.

E-wallet deposits via Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay, and DuitNow are generally credited instantly. FPX and direct bank transfers may take 5 to 15 minutes. USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency deposits require blockchain confirmation and typically take 15 to 30 minutes. These times are estimates and may vary based on network conditions and third-party processing systems outside Alibaba99's direct control.

Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification, wagering requirement compliance, and Alibaba99's internal fraud prevention and risk management procedures. Alibaba99 targets processing of e-wallet withdrawals within 5 to 30 minutes for fully verified accounts. Bank transfers and cryptocurrency withdrawals may take longer.

Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. Where this is not technically possible, Alibaba99 may request an alternative withdrawal method. All withdrawal accounts must be registered in the account holder's verified name.

Before a withdrawal request will be approved, the following conditions must be met:

• The account must be fully KYC-verified with valid identification documents submitted and approved.
• Any active bonus funds must meet their stated wagering requirements in full before the associated balance becomes withdrawable.
• The account must be in good standing with no pending disputes, active fraud investigations, or unresolved chargebacks.
• The requested withdrawal amount must not exceed the account's daily or weekly withdrawal limit applicable to the user's current VIP tier.

Alibaba99 reserves the right to delay, suspend, or decline a withdrawal request where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, collusion, or any other prohibited conduct. Alibaba99 offers various promotions to both new and existing users, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, free spins, VIP tier rewards, and referal bonuses. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions attached to each promotion, in addition to these general Terms.

Unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion terms, bonus funds are subject to awagering requirement of 20x to 30x the bonus amount on eligible games before any portion of the bonus balance becomes withdrawable. Bets placed on games with an RTP below a specified threshold or on prohibited game categories may not count towards wagering requirement completion. The specific contribution rate of each game category will be detailed in the relevant promotion terms.

Bonus funds that have not been wagered to the required threshold within the specified validity period will automatically expire and be removed from the account balance without further notice. The standard bonus validity period is 7 days from the date of crediting unless stated otherwise.

Alibaba99 reserves the right to cancel any bonus, withold related winings, and suspend or permanently close an account where there is evidence of systematic bonus abuse, use of low-risk strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine game play risk, or any other conduct reasonably deemed to be contrary to the spirit of the promotion.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

Alibaba99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• A User has breached any provision of these Terms.
• A User has provided false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Suspicious activity, including suspected money laundering or fraud, has been detected on the account.
• A User requests self-exclusion under the Responsible Gambling policy.
• Alibaba99 is required to do so by applicable law, regulatory obligation, or court order.

Users may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any real-money balance (excluding forfeited bonus funds) will be returned to the account holder via the most recent withdrawal-eligible payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC verification and wagering requirements.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Alibaba99 holds its international gaming licence. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation or the Platform's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause limits your rights under any applicable consumer protection laws in your own jurisdiction that cannot be contractually waived.

Alibaba99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. The updated Terms will be effective from the date stated in the revision notice.
